Is the Crystals Live App FREE to download and use?
YES - the app is free for users/buyers on the app. The only thing you pay for is any purchases you make and shipping (if applicable) to the seller. We are a marketplace and you do business with the sellers directly through their own Shopify Stores.
When I “Add to Cart” with a crystal, does that mean it is pulled from the sale and I will be guaranteed to get it?
NO. Similar to Etsy or Amazon, if it is in your cart and not yet purchased, it is fair game for anyone else to add it to their cart and purchase it. You need to “Buy it Now” or check out, before the item is yours and removed from the live sale inventory.
Can items be purchased/sold after a sale that were not sold during the LIVE?
YES! It is up to the seller to keep them available for purchase after the sale, but it’s one of the great benefits of the app that you can still “shop the tables” after sales have ended.
Can I become a seller on The App, after I’ve already joined as a buyer?
YES - You can become a seller at any time by simply connecting your Shopify account in the settings at the bottom of the screen. If you do not have a Shopify account, you will need to go to https://www.shopify.com to set up your account and return to the app with the login credentials and you are ready to sell live!

Do I need a Shopify Account to be a seller on Crystals Live?
YES. We are launching with it as our initial payment gateway as it gives great protection for our buyers and sellers, handles your inventory, invoicing and offers good shipping pricing and handling. Buyers can choose from a variety of payment options such as ShopPay, Credit/Debit and more.
How are invoicing and shipping handled on The App?
All of this is handled through your Shopify account, which protects both buyer and seller and generally offers better shipping options and rates, than doing it on your own.
Can we have/create OPEN BOXES for our buyers?
YES. However, this functionality is set up by the seller on the Shopify side of things, and allows your buyers to enter a checkout code OPENBOX, which will provide this function ad you can aggregate when they are ready to ship. The customer must pay when they checkout, however, so you will be secure in knowing that these items truly will be purchased and paid for. Instructions for creating the OPEN BOX function and checkout code in your store, is provided on the seller onboarding page (link).
Q: Is there a moderator option for live sales?
TBD - Stay Tuned.
Q: Do we have to add all of the sale items and price them before the live sale?
NO. However, it is highly recommended that you add as much of your inventory as possible, before the sale goes live. It can be distracting and slow your roll during a sale, to add items on the fly. Sometimes you might feel like you want to create a special combo deal or box or lot, as you are doing the sale – you can totally do that and just shoot a picture of the grouping, price it, approximate the weight and offer it to your sellers as you wish.
Is there a commission or fee to use the Crystals Live App as a seller?
YES AND NO. We are not charging any commission on sales for the first 30 Days of selling on the app. After that, there will be a 5% sales commission + your regular Shopify transaction/credit card fees (approx 3%).
Are commissions adjustable for larger purchases?
NOT YET. We are looking into scaling commissions down to 3% on sales over $1000 or more, in subsequent versions of the app.

Is there a way to sync my WooCommerce with Shopify to sell on the App?
YES. There are a few different third-party API integrations available to do this and links and info are provided in the seller onboarding documentation.
